Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell products and services to you.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and RIVETI. Shopify is not the seller or merchant of record and is not responsible for our products, product descriptions, order fulfillment, customer support, shipping, returns, refunds, replacements, product use, or any other aspect of a transaction between you and RIVETI.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, functions, specifications, compatibility information, accessories, pricing, availability, and other information accurately.

However, the colors and details shown on your screen may vary slightly from the physical product. Packaging, colors, finishes, accessories, components, and non-material product details may be updated from time to time because of product improvements, manufacturing changes, or availability.

Any such changes will not materially reduce the principal functions of a product unless the change is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, measurements, capacities, operating times, charging times, wireless ranges, performance figures, and similar specifications are approximate and may vary depending on the device, environment, settings, power source, usage conditions, connected equipment, and other factors.

4. Compatibility and Connected Products

Some RIVETI products may interact with mobile phones, computers, vehicles, Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi networks, charging equipment, operating systems, applications, online services, or products supplied by third parties.

You are responsible for reviewing the compatibility requirements shown on the product page before placing an order.

Compatibility and performance may depend on factors outside our reasonable control, including:

• The model and condition of your connected device

• Operating-system or software versions

• Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile-network, or internet availability

• Vehicle hardware or software

• Third-party applications and services

• Regional restrictions or technical standards

• The use of compatible cables, chargers, ports, adapters, and power sources

Third-party manufacturers or service providers may modify, restrict, discontinue, or update their products or services. We are not responsible for changes made by a third party, but this does not excuse us from providing a RIVETI product that materially conforms to the description and compatibility claims made at the time of purchase.

5. Product Use and Safety

Unless the relevant product page states otherwise, our products are intended for ordinary personal or household use.

Please read and follow all instructions, warnings, installation requirements, charging requirements, and safety information supplied with the product or published on the product page.

You are responsible for:

• Using the product only for its intended purpose

• Using an appropriate power source, charger, cable, accessory, or connection

• Inspecting the product before use

• Stopping use if the product appears damaged, overheats, produces an unusual smell or sound, behaves unexpectedly, or otherwise appears unsafe

• Keeping products, small parts, batteries, cables, tools, and packaging away from children and pets where appropriate

• Using appropriate protective equipment when operating tools or hardware products

• Following applicable laws and safety rules when using vehicle-related products

Do not install, configure, adjust, or interact with a vehicle-related product while driving. Complete setup while the vehicle is safely parked.

Unless expressly identified as such, RIVETI products are not medical devices, emergency devices, life-safety equipment, professional diagnostic equipment, or substitutes for professional services.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance normally occurs when we begin processing or shipping the order, or when we otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including when:

• The product is unavailable

• Payment cannot be authorized

• The order information appears inaccurate or incomplete

• A price, promotion, shipping charge, or product description contains an obvious error

• The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale

• Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order

• The order violates these Terms or another posted policy

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

We may attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping information submitted with the order.

7. Billing, Payment, and Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information for purchases made through our store.

You are responsible for checking your shipping address, email address, phone number, selected product, quantity, color, model, compatibility, and other order details before submitting the order.

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing has begun.

Payments are processed by the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

8. Prices, Promotions, and Availability

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, bundles, gifts, shipping offers, product availability, and product descriptions may change without advance notice.

A change will not alter the price of an order that we have already accepted, except where necessary to correct an obvious error and permitted by law.

If an obvious pricing, promotion, product-description, or shipping error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment and offer the option to proceed under the corrected information or cancel the affected item for a refund.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking availability, customs information, and delivery responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, regional disruptions, address problems, supply-chain interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. However, nothing in these Terms transfers delivery risk to the customer where applicable law requires that risk to remain with the seller until delivery.

Once an order has been processed, packed, transferred to a fulfillment provider, or entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed, canceled, or intercepted.

Mandatory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods are not limited by this section.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Order Support

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, missing items, delivery issues, cancellations, exchanges, and other order-related support are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.

You must contact us before sending a product back. Return instructions and available resolutions may vary depending on the product, location, applicable law, and circumstances of the request.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer troubleshooting assistance, return instructions, a missing-part shipment, replacement, refund, store credit, or another mutually agreed resolution.

If these Terms conflict with our Refund & Replacement Policy regarding a return, refund, or replacement request, the Refund & Replacement Policy will control for that request, subject to applicable law.

11. RIVETI 180-Day Replacement Promise

Selected products may include the RIVETI 180-Day Replacement Promise when this benefit is displayed on the applicable product page.

If we confirm that an eligible product has developed a functional fault during normal personal use within 180 days after delivery, the original purchaser may receive one replacement unit for $14.98, including tracked shipping, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

The replacement charge is collected only after the request has been reviewed and approved. The promise provides a replacement service rather than a repair service and does not create an unconditional right to a refund.

The RIVETI 180-Day Replacement Promise is a supplemental commercial benefit. It does not replace or restrict any mandatory legal guarantee, warranty, repair, replacement, refund, or other consumer remedy that applies to defective or non-conforming goods.

12. Bundles, Gifts, and Digital Materials

Some orders may include bundle discounts, free gifts, promotional items, digital materials, downloadable guides, or other bonus items.

Promotional gifts and bonus items are subject to availability. Where reasonably necessary, we may substitute an unavailable promotional item with a comparable item or discontinue an offer before an order is placed.

Returns involving bundles, promotional gifts, and bonus items are handled according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Digital materials are considered supplied when access has been provided. If you experience an access problem, contact us for assistance.

Where applicable law requires express consent or acknowledgment before a cancellation right relating to digital content can be lost, providing access alone will not override that requirement.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, brand elements, product names, product designs, videos, audio, page layouts, icons, illustrations, slogans, manuals, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RIVETI and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property right to you.

14. Reviews, Photos, Videos, and Feedback

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, idea, testimonial, or other content to us, you confirm that:

• You created it or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it

• It does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights

• It is not knowingly false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

• It does not contain malware, malicious code, or unauthorized personal information

By submitting content to us, you grant RIVETI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, and promote that content for our website, social media, advertising, marketing, customer support, product development, and other legitimate business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Where required by law, we will obtain any additional consent necessary for a particular use.

We may remove, edit, decline to publish, or stop displaying submitted content where reasonably necessary.

We are not required to keep submitted ideas or suggestions confidential unless we have separately agreed to confidentiality in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIVETI and our owners, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our website, services, or products.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, savings, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption where such losses are indirect or were not reasonably foreseeable.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

This section does not require a consumer to compensate us for losses caused by RIVETI, our service providers, or circumstances for which the consumer is not legally responsible.

Such events may include carrier disruption, customs delay, natural disaster, severe weather, fire, flood, labor dispute, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, supply-chain interruption, power outage, internet failure, or payment-processing disruption.

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of such an event and resume performance when reasonably possible.

This section does not remove any mandatory right to cancel an order or receive a refund where goods cannot be supplied within the time required by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our posted policies and any product-specific or promotion-specific terms expressly referenced at the time of purchase, form the agreement between you and RIVETI regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

If there is a conflict:

• The Refund & Replacement Policy controls for returns, refunds, and replacements
