No. Turn on induction mode, play audio on your phone, then place the phone upright and centered on the speaker. No app or Bluetooth pairing is required.
Place the phone vertically, upright and as centered as possible. Most of the phone should remain within the square speaker panel for the most reliable amplification.
Landscape placement is suitable when using the product only as a stand, but induction amplification may not work reliably. For induction mode, keep the phone upright and centered. Bluetooth mode works in either orientation.
Start at around 50% phone volume and adjust both the phone and speaker to your preference. Amplification can become noticeable at lower levels, but a higher phone volume makes the difference easier to hear.
It works with many standard phone cases. Very thick, rugged, metallic or heavily reinforced cases may reduce performance. Remove the case if amplification is weak or inconsistent.
Induction mode requires no pairing, but the phone must remain upright and centered on the speaker. Bluetooth mode requires pairing, but lets you hold or position the phone freely within Bluetooth range.
Yes. Enable speakerphone on your phone and place it upright on the speaker. The product amplifies the call audio, but it does not amplify your phone’s microphone.
Yes. The wired 5V/1A output can provide power to a compatible phone while audio is playing, helping extend your phone’s usage time. It is not wireless or fast charging.
Yes. Use the M button to cycle through the lighting effects, individual colors and the off setting. A small blue indicator near the Type-C port may remain visible while the speaker is powered on.
